Following his father Nambardar Vikram Singh's legacy, he has served the community through healthcare camps, education support, and safety initiatives and extensive hand pump repairing and restoration work across many villages of Gram Panchayat Sultanpatti. His Work and Achievements till now
Distributed 1,545 free spectacles through eye camps. He organized free eye camps in which comprehensive eye examinations were conducted by qualified medical professionals for all age groups across the village, installed safety grills at wells, provided educational materials to students, conducted health and vaccination drives and installed community benches. He even connected farmers with government schemes.

Abhishek worked to give the children and young people in his village a chance to be physically active, connect with their community and build their self-esteem by sponsoring two sporting events, the first for volleyball and the second for kabaddi.
For Abhishek, these events were about providing the youth of his community with a means of building confidence, giving them a chance to bond together as a community and giving them an outlet to be active. Abhishek will continue to promote and support the youth through these and other programs in hopes of developing a stronger, more involved generation.
